It’s important to note that while we follow Florida’s regulations, our notarization is valid and recognized throughout the entire United States

We strive to meet our clients’ diverse needs, but currently, we are unable to offer notarization services tailored to specific counties. Our focus is on providing state-level notarization to ensure the broadest acceptance and compliance with legal standards.

Our notary services are designed to attest to our signature, not that of our clients. We currently do not offer Remote Online Notarization (RON). Our process ensures that the notarization is focused on authenticating our services and the accuracy of the translations provided.

The notarization we provide doesn t have an expiration date it lasts for the lifetime of the document. The notary’s commission has an expiration date, but as long as the document is notarized before this date, the notarization remains valid indefinitely. This ensures that your notarized documents remain legally compliant and accepted for years to come.

We offer notarization based on a certificate of translation accuracy. Normally, one notarized certificate is provided for every set of 4 documents.

For instance, if you have 4 documents requiring translation (birth certificate, death certificate, marriage contract and passport), we can supply a single notarized translation for the set. However, should you prefer an individual certificate of translation accuracy for each document, you will need to request four separate notarized translation. Feel free to contact us directly to discuss any additional payment, ensuring transparency and obtaining your consent at every stage of the process
